What you need:
- Chicken Quarters: thigh and leg
- Olive Oil
- Paprika (or your favorite spice)
- Salt + Pepper
Preheat Oven 450F
Toss chicken with a liberal dose of oil and spices. Place on baking sheet, cook for 35-40 minutes until chicken is done! Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Goes well with “ I love kale salad.”
