Crispy, tender roasted will make your reconsider this brassica.
What you need:
- Half a Cabbage, Green or red
- Oil
- Salt + Pepper
Preheat oven to 450 F
Cut your cabbage into 1/2 slices or wedges. Place on baking sheet and coats with oil and season. Bake for about 20-30 minutes depending on thickness. Flip the slices halfway through the bake.
I like thin slices, but if you cut them thicker is can be sort of a steak.
Serve warm as a side dish!
