Bok Choy with Mustard Drizzle

This week’s mini bok choy is too cute! They just add a little extra whimsy to dinner.

What you need:

  • 2-6 bok choy pieces, washed and drained
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp ginger mustard, or regular mustard & a dash of dried ginger

Three ingredients? So easy!

Slice the bok in half lengthwise. Heat a large pan over medium high heat, no oil. Place the bok in the pan, cut side down. cook until you get a nice color and then flip.

Meanwhile, whisk together the soy sauce and mustard. You can add a dash of sesame oil in as well.

Place the cooked bok choy on a platter and drizzle with the mustard sauce. Vola! Enjoy warm.
