Kohlrabi, Apple & Watermelon Radish Kohl Slaw

Didjaknow that kohlrabi has a delicate flavor which is highlighted when eaten raw? Here’s an alternative way to prepare it without using the oven or stove! Give it a shot!

What you need:

  • 1/4 of a medium kohlrabi, peeled
  • 1/2 of an apple
  • 1/2 of a small watermelon radish
  • juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt & pepper

Cut the kohlrabi, apple, and watermelon radish into matchsticks. Simply slice them into half moon, and then take the half moon a cut into strips. Look at the photo for guidance. 

Toss everything together! Enjoy! 

The lemon juice will prevent the apple from turning brown for a day or two. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
