Roasted Kalettes

Kalettes are one of my most favorite vegetables because it’s as if kale and Brussel sprouts (2 more of my most favorite vegetables) went and made a delicious baby! This really easy recipe will make it one of your favorites, too!

What you need:

  • one handful of kalettes, per person
  • oil
  • salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 450° F.

Toss to coat with oil and seasoning. Bake for 10 minutes until tender.

Serve warm!

They are also great as leftovers in your lunch box the next day or on top of a pasta dish.

Gabriel’s Kitchen Tip: If you don’t want to preheat the oven. Simply broil on high for 5-7 minutes, flipping half way through. The kalettes will get very crispy with this method!
