Avocado Toast

I love avocado toast! It’s trendy, it’s millennial…and it’s delicious!

What you need:

Toast bread so that you have a sturdy base. Slice avocado and mash on top of bread with a fork. Spoon chutney over avocado, and finish with species and salt. 

Serve for breakfast with fresh fruit and a hot beverage. Bring it up a notch with a poached egg or fried egg on top!
